The Angénieux EZ-1 30-90mm T2 Zoom S35 is a versatile, high-performance lens designed for Super 35mm filmmaking. Offering a 3x zoom ratio and a T/2-22 aperture, it provides exceptional flexibility for a wide range of shooting situations. The lens covers an image circle up to 30mm diagonal, ensuring compatibility with Super 35 sensors.
Built for full manual operation, the EZ-1 offers precise focus, zoom, and iris control, with sufficient rotation angles to allow for creative adjustments. The mechanics are constructed with high-quality, lightweight metal, providing durability and precision, while temperature compensation ensures consistent performance without the need for recalibration.
With a 114mm front diameter, the EZ-1 is matte box compatible. Its robust design is also compatible with industry-standard 0.8 gear teeth, making it fully compatible with lens motors and follow-focus units for cine-style acquisition. For remote control, a dedicated broadcast servo unit (MSU) is available, offering compatibility with a wide variety of hand controllers for ENG-style shooting.
Weighing just 2.2kg and measuring 22.6cm in length, the EZ-1 is perfect for handheld, gimbal, or steadicam use. It is available in EF or PL mounts, making it suitable for a wide range of professional camera systems.
