About this kit
Combining a T8 large aperture, wide-angle zoom macro capabilities, and a spacecraft-inspired design, it redefines macro cinematography. The X-tract lens becomes a tool for exploration and discovery, extracting unique visual creativity from unknown dimensions and perspectives.
Offering a 100 to 73° field of view, the ARRI PL-mount X-Tract 0° 18-28mm T8 FF Probe Zoom Lens from DZOFilm brings innovative close-up capture to your productions. This compact probe lens measures just 16.3" in length and has a front outside diameter of less than 1.2", making it ideal for tight setups. It features a relatively fast T8 maximum aperture, a 2.1:1 maximum magnification, and a 0.24" minimum focusing distance.
It's been tested under extreme temperatures from -30°C to 70°C, to ensure stability and durability in challenging shooting environments. It also has IP57-rated dust and water resistance, and the lens body is waterproof to over 28 cm. The front lens element features a hydrophobic anti-fog coating, reducing water and fog accumulation.
